Sending pictures can be a little more challenging with Net10. Making phone calls and sending text messages work very well but sometimes it can be a real pain to send pictures over the phone. If you must do a lot of picture messaging I would look at going to one of the networks like Verizon Prepaid or At&t and try to be sending the pictures to other phones on the same network.

Many of the basic camera phones from Net10 will not accept a link to directly hook your phone to your computer. The ability to link often times has been disabled by the Net10 software on the less expensive phones. To get a picture from one of these phones you will have to send it by text message to one of your emails or to a phone that you can download to your computer.

Where is the Best Place to order a Net10 phone?

I normally recommend purchasing your Net10 Phone online. You will almost always have the best choice of phones. I always check for Net10 Purchase Discount codes. Typically the codes will save you three to ten dollars on your Net10 phone purchase. Another option is Walmart, Target and many convenience stores usually carry the phones in stock but they normally only have the less expensive models.

Do Net10 Prepaid Minutes or Service Time Carry Over?

Yes. If you run low (but not if you run completely out) on Net 10 minutes and add another card the service time will be added to the service time on your phone.

How Net10 Works

Net10 is a basic Cost Per Minute prepaid cell phone company. Net10 is owned by Tracfone and operates almost the same way with different rates and better phones.

You will start by buying a Phone and a Net10 Minute Card. You can only use a Net10 Cell phone for Net10 service, you cannot use a Verizon, At&t, T-Mobile, Alltel, Net10 or any other phone with Net10 Service. The Net10 SIM card will not work in any other phone either.

Activating your Net10 Prepaid Phone

Next you will Activate your Net10 phone. This can be done by going to the Net10 website or by calling Net10 on a different phone. This can take up to ten minutes.

To activate your phone you will key in a series of numbers. It is really simple and if you hit the wrong key it is easy to redo it. For the system to activate your phone can take 10 minute to a couple of hours.

Next you will add a Net10 Minute Card. You will add the 15 digit PIN code into your phone.

You always want to check for a Bonus code when you are adding a Net10 card. Bonus Codes are a five digit number that you enter while adding a card to your phone.. Check out the Net10 Bonus Codes.

How Net10 Service Time Works

You will get 30 days of service time on most Net10 cards for each $15 you spend. In order for your Net10 to work you need to have both Minutes and Service time on your phone. The remaining Net10 minutes always show on the display of your phone. The Service end date will also scroll onto your screen. It normally says “Add Airtime by 12/21/10 or service ends.” hwnet10wrks

Buying Net10 Phone Cards

For the Best Deal and phone Selection go toNet10.com

When you buy from the Net10 website put in this code as you are making a phone purchase to save a little extra money.

Tracfone and Net10 LG 200c and Samsung R451c Phones

Net10 Service Time and Minutes Roll Over

If you add minutes or service time before your phone has completely run out the remaining minutes and service time will carry forward. Let’s say you have 60 days and 20 units left on your phone. Add a 300 minute 60 day card and you will end up with 120 days(60 60) and 320 minutes (20 300).

Go to Net10.com for the best selection of Phones and Phone Specials

Here is a great article on How Net10 Works?

Finally Net10 has released some discount codes. Net10 discount codes are a great way to save money on your Net10 purchases.

How can I use my Tracfone as a Pager and how much would this cost?

Straight Talk Yearly Plan

Straight Talk does not really have a Yearly plan but you could stack 12 monthly cards. The $30 per month cards would cost $360 per year. The units will not stack, you will only be able to use 1000 units per month or you would start using the next months service. Straight Talk Unlimited for $45 per month. The Straight Talk plan has a glitch. If you have 10 days left on your phone and you add a $45 Unlimited 30 day phone card you will only get 30 days. You will not get 10 days plus 30 days. If you sign up for their auto refill program with your charge card they will automatically add 30 days when your service is about to expire. Straight Talk does offer a yearly card for the Unlimited calling for $540.

Straight Talk $45 Unlimited Plan

Straight talk has a Pre-paid Yearly Mobile phone Unlimited Calling, Text, and Data plan for $45 per month. The phones range from a $30 basic LG cellular phone to $330 for Samsung Finesse smartphone. For more information check Straight Talk FAQs. Straight Talk Prepay Annual Mobile phone phones operate on the Verizon Network. The Unlimited Straight Talk yearly plan would be $540 per year. The Straight Talk $45 Monthly plan is the best pre pay annual cell phone yearly cell plan with Nationwide unlimited minutes, text and data. You can purchase Straight Talk from their online store.

The Best Pay as you go Yearly Cell Yearly Cell Plan

For My Money the Best Pre-paid Yearly Mobile Yearly Cell Plan is the the Tracfone wireless prepaid $200 3,000 minute (with DMFL) plan. This is only offered from Tracfone.com. The units roll over and you only pay 6.6 cents per minute and $16.66 per month.

The $100 per year Tracfone wireless plan is a pretty good deal also but the units are more expensive at 12.5 cents a minute.

Net10 prepaid yearly units are ten cents each and your yearly charge will be $200.

The T-Mobile Yearly Plan is simple. You buy the $100 card and your service will stay active for up to 12 months as long as you do not run out of minutes. The units will cost 10 cents. If you add smaller than $100 refill cards you will pay up to 33 cents a minute. You only get the ten cent per minute rate if you buy $100 at a time.

The Best Prepaid Yearly Cell Plan from Tracfone gives you a lot of flexibility. If you do not use all of your minutes they will roll over if you keep your service active. If you have a lot of minutes left over you can purchase $20 phone cards that will give you three months of service. If you run out of units you can always add minute cards and pay between 6.6 cents and 17 cents a minute with DMFL.

If you are using one of the inexpensive Net10 phones you can get a free spare battery and charger. Order a new phone and it comes with 300 minutes and a 60 days of service. Many of the Net10 phones are priced at $30. It is simple to move your remaining minutes and service time to your new phone as you activate your new phone. The phone you do not use can have the battery charged and removed.

Where is the Best Place to purchase a Net10 phone?

I suggest purchasing your Net10 Phone online. You will almost always have the best selection of phones. I always check for Net10 Purchase Discount codes. Often the codes will save you three to ten dollars on your Net10 phone purchase. Target and many convenience stores usually carry the phones in stock but they normally only have the low end models.

What Will Happen if I let My Net10 Wireless Service Run Out?

Your phone will stop functioning and you will possibly lose your phone number. You will definitely lose your phone number if you do not restart your service within 30 days. There is no End of Service charge for letting your phone go out of service. That is one of the great things about Prepaid Cell phones, No end of contract Fees. Also Net10 Prepaid does not have a reactivation service charge.

Many of the pay as you go cell phone companies like At&t, Verizon have a $25 or $35 activation fee so while they do not have a Termination Fee the reactivation service charge acts as the same thing if you want to get your service active again.

How Net10 Prepay Works

The Prepaid model that Net10 uses is the Cost per Minute structure. You purchase minutes and at the same time you will get a service period to use those minutes. Net10 is owned by Tracfone and operates nearly the same way with different rates and better phones.

First you will purchase a Net10 and a Net10 Card. You can only use a Net10 Cellular phone for Net10 service, you cannot use a Verizon, At&t, T-Mobile, Alltel, Net10 or any other phone with Net10 Service.

Activating your Net10 Wireless Phone

You will Activate the phone by calling Net10 on a land line or by going online.

To activate your phone you will key in a series of numbers. It is really simple and if you hit the wrong key it is easy to redo it. For the system to activate your phone can take 10 minute to a couple of hours.

Adding a Net10 Card is even easier. You can add Net10 units directly from the phone or from the Net10 website. You will add the 15 digit PIN code into your phone.

When adding a minute card if you use a five digit Bonus Code you might get more minutes. Check out the Net10 Bonus Codes.

How Net10 Service Time Works

You will get 30 days of service time on most Net10 cards for each $15 you spend. If you do not have service time left on your phone it will not work even if you have minutes left.. The End of Service Date normally flashes on the screen of your Net10 phone all the time. You can also check your service end date and the number of minutes you have left in the Prepaid Menu on your Net10 phone. hwnet10wrks

Buying Net10 Minutes

Net10 Service Time and Minutes Roll Over

Service time and your Minute Balance will both be added to your current balance when you add a new card. For instance if you have 20 minutes and 60 days left on your Net10 phone and you add a 300 minute/60 day phone card you will end up with 320 minutes and 80 days left.

Here is a great article on How Net10 Works?

You can often purchase a Reconditioned Net10 phone from Net10.com. These phones will often be a lot cheaper than the New phones or they will be free when you consider the $30 of free airtime you get with your Net10 phone. I have had very good luck with reconditioned phones. If you have a problem you will be able to get a replacement phone easily from Net10. Sometimes it makes more sense just to purchase another phone because it will come with 300 minutes.

How to find the Best Deal on a Net10 Phone

I suggest purchasing your Net10 Phone online. You will usually have the largest variety of phones. I always check for Net10 Purchase Discount codes. Typically the codes will save you three to ten dollars on your Net10 phone purchase. Walmart, Target and Safeway usually have the phones in stock but they normally only have the less expensive models.

Do Net 10 Minutes or Service Time Rollover?

Yes. If you run low (but not if you run completely out) on Net10 minutes and add another card the service time will be added to the service time on your phone.

How Net10 Pay as You Go Works

The Prepaid model that Net10 uses is the Cost per Minute structure. You purchase minutes and at the same time you will get a service period to use those minutes. .

You purchase the Net10 phone and a Minute card. You can only use a Net10 Phone for Net10 prepaid service, you cannot use a Verizon, At&t, T-Mobile, Alltel, Net10 or any other phone with Net10 Service. The Net10 SIM card will not work in any other phone either.

How to Activate your Net10 Wireless Phone

Next you will have to Activate your phone. You can go to the Net10 website or by calling Net10 on a different phone.

You will have to key in some numbers into your phone and then it is active. It is really easy For the system to activate your phone can take 10 minute to a couple of hours.

Adding a Net10 Card is even easier. You can add Net10 minutes directly from the phone or from the Net10 website. You will key in the 15 digit PIN code into your phone.

I have gotten a lot of extra minutes on my Net10s by using Bonus Codes. Net10 Bonus codes are a five digit number that will increase the number of minutes you get when you are adding a card to your Net10 phone or buying a new phone.. Check out the Net10 Bonus Codes.

How Net10 Service Time Works

You will get 30 days of service time on most Net10 cards for each $15 you spend. You must have both minutes and service time on your phone to use it. The remaining Net10 minutes always show on the display of your phone. The Service end date will also scroll onto your screen. It normally says “Add Airtime by 12/21/10 or service ends.” hwnet10wrks

Net10 Service Time and Minutes Roll Over

If you add minutes or service time before your phone has completely run out both the minutes and service time will roll over. For instance if you have 20 minutes and 60 days left on your Net10 phone and you add a 300 minute/60 day phone card you will end up with 320 minutes and 80 days left.

Here is a great article on How Net10 Works?

Cricket Wireless is one of the fastest growing Prepaid Cell Phone companies. The Unlimited Cricket Wireless plans are great if they are available in your area.

Tracfone offers a lot of cell phone deals. Currently what is the Best Tracfone Deal?

Verizon Wireless Prepaid Annual Mobile phone Yearly Plan

The Verizon plan is virtually the same as the T-Mobile plan. With a Verizon Pay as you go Yearly Cell phone mobile phone you can add a $100 unit card and have service for one year. The basic per minute rate is 25 cents a minute. The Core plan is 99 cents a day and that gives you unlimited calling to other Verizon numbers. After the 99 cent daily charge you will pay 10 cents a minute to any non Verizon Wireless number. Verizon does not have the Best Pre pay Annual Cell Yearly Cell Plan. The only reason to use the Verizon Prepaid Yearly Cell phone mobile phone is if you are only using the mobile occasionally and you are always talking to other Verizon wireless phones.

The Best Pre pay Yearly Mobile phone Yearly Cell Plan

for a lot of people the Best Pay as you go Yearly Cell Yearly Cell Plan is the the Tracfone wireless prepaid $200 3,000 minute (with DMFL) plan. This is only available from Tracfone.com. This plan gets you the best per minute price for prepaid cell phone plans at 6.6 cents a minute.

The $100 per year Tracfone prepay plan is a pretty good deal also but the units are more expensive at 12.5 cents a minute.

Net ten prepay yearly minutes are ten cents each and your yearly charge will be $200.

The T-Mobile Yearly Plan is simple. You buy the $100 card and your service will stay active for up to 12 months as long as you do not run out of units. The minutes will cost 10 cents. If you add smaller than $100 refill cards you will pay up to 33 cents a minute. You only get the ten cent per minute rate if you buy $100 at a time.

The Best Prepaid Yearly Cell Plan from Tracfone gives you a lot of flexibility. If you do not use all of your units they will roll over if you keep your service active. If you have a lot of minutes left over you can buy $20 phone cards that will give you three months of service. If you run out of units you can always add minute cards and pay between 6.6 cents and 17 cents a minute with DMFL.

Can I Use my T-Mobile Phone for Net10 Prepaid?

No, only Net10 Wireless phones will accept Net10 phone cards.

How Net10 Wireless Prepaid Works

The Prepaid model that Net10 uses is the Cost per Minute structure. You purchase minutes and at the same time you will get a service period to use those minutes. Net10 is owned by Tracfone and operates nearly the same way with different rates and better phones.

You will start by buying a Phone and a Net10 Minute Card. You can only use a Net10 Cell phone for Net10 prepaid service, you cannot use a Verizon, At&t, T-Mobile, Alltel, Net10 or any other phone with Net10 Service. The Net10 SIM card will not work in any other phone either.

How Net10 Service Time Works

The $20, $30, $45, $60 and $100 Net10 Cards all give you 30 days of service per $15 spent along with the 10 cent minutes. If you do not have service time left on your phone it will not work even if you have minutes left..
Net10 Yearly Plan

Net10 prepaid has a yearly plan and a Two year plan. The Net10 wireless yearly plan is $200 and you receive 2,000 minutes and one year of service(10 cents a minute for $16.66 per month ). If you buy six $30 Net10 wireless cards and put them all in at one time you will get twelve months of service and 1800 minutes for $180(ten cents a minute for $15 per month). With Track phone prepaid and Net10 prepaid wireless units and service time roll over.

The Best Prepaid Annual Mobile phone Yearly Cell Plan

In my opinion the Best Pre pay Annual Cell Yearly Cell Plan is the the Tracfone prepay $200 3,000 minute (with DMFL) plan.
The $100 per year Tracfone plan is a pretty good deal also but the minutes are more expensive at 12.5 cents a minute.

Net10 prepaid yearly minutes are ten cents each and your yearly charge will be $200.

The T-Mobile Yearly Plan is simple. You buy the $100 minute card and your service will stay active for up to 12 months as long as you do not run out of minutes. The units will cost 10 cents. If you add smaller than $100 refill cards you will pay up to 33 cents a minute. You only get the ten cent per minute rate if you buy $100 at a time.

Here is a great article on How Net10 Works?

The Motorola Razr has been one of the best selling phones. Check out the Prepaid Motorola Razr options.

I still have Tracfone minutes left. How do I chedk my Tracfone Service Time?

Verizon Wireless Pay as you go Annual Mobile Yearly Plan

The Verizon plan is virtually the same as the T-Mobile plan. With a Verizon Prepaid Yearly Mobile cell phone you can add a $100 card and have service for one year. The basic per minute rate is 25 cents a minute. The Core plan is 99 cents a day and that gives you unlimited calling to other Verizon numbers. After the 99 cent daily charge you will pay 10 cents a minute to any non Verizon Wireless number. Verizon does not have the Best Pay as you go Annual Mobile Yearly Cell Plan. The only reason to use the Verizon Pay as you go Yearly Mobile phone mobile is if you are only using the phone occasionally and you are always talking to other Verizon wireless phones.

The Best Prepaid Annual Cell Yearly Cell Plan

In my opinion the Best Pre-paid Annual Mobile phone Yearly Cell Plan is the the Tracfone prepay $200 3,000 minute (with DMFL) plan. This is only available from Tracfone.com. This plan gets you the best per minute price for prepaid cell phone plans at 6.6 cents a minute.

The $100 per year Track phone plan is a pretty good deal also but the units are more expensive at 12.5 cents a minute.

Net 10 yearly minutes are ten cents each and your yearly charge will be $200.

The T-Mobile Yearly Plan is simple. You buy the $100 unit card and your service will stay active for up to 12 months as long as you do not run out of units.

If you do not use all of your minutes they will roll over if you keep your service active. If you have a lot of minutes left over you can buy $20 phone cards that will give you three months of service. If you run out of units you can always add minute cards and pay between 6.6 cents and 17 cents a minute with DMFL.

Converting from Verizon Wireless Prepaid to Contract Service

Your Verizon Pay as you go cell phone can be converted to a Contract phone if you have used it for six months or more as a prepaid phone. You will not have to sign a contract to add this to a contract. I added a prepaid phone to my son’s contract for $10 a month without signing a one year or two year contract. This is great a Long Term Contract rate and I did not sign a long term contract.

Here is an Explanation on How Net10 Prepay Works

The Prepaid model that Net10 uses is the Cost per Minute structure. You purchase minutes and at the same time you will get a service period to use those minutes. Net10 is owned by Tracfone and operates nearly the same way with different rates and better phones.

You will start by buying a Phone and a Net10 Minute Card. You can only use a Net10 Cell phone for Net10 prepaid service, you cannot use a Verizon, At&t, T-Mobile, Alltel, Net10 or any other phone with Net10 Service.

How to Activate your Net10 Prepaid Phone

Next you will Activate your phone. You can go to the Net10 website or by calling Net10 on a different phone.

You will have to type in some numbers into your phone and then it is active. It is really easy For the system to activate your phone can take 10 minute to a couple of hours.

Next you will add a Net10 Minute Card.

The $20, $30, $45, $60 and $100 Net10 Cards all give you 30 days of service per $15 spent along with the 10 cent minutes. In order for your Net10 to work you need to have both Minutes and Service time on your phone. The End of Service Date normally flashes on the screen of your Net10 phone all the time. You can also check your service end date and the number of minutes you have left in the Prepaid Menu on your Net10 phone. hwnet10wrks and then this is How Net10 Prepay Works.

Net10 Service Time and Minutes Roll Over

With Net10 your minutes and service time will add on to your current balance. Let’s say you have 60 days and 20 units left on your phone. Add a 300 minute 60 day card and you will end up with 120 days(60+60) and 320 minutes (20+300).

How Tracfone Service Time Works

Most Tracfone cards will put 90 service days onto your phone along with the minutes. You must have both minutes and service time on your phone to use it. The End of Service Date normally flashes on the screen of your Tracfone all the time. You can also check your service end date and the number of minutes you have left in the Prepaid Menu on your Tracfone. hwtracwrks

Buying Tracfone Minutes

Phone cards for Tracfone come in different denominations. You can spend $20, $30, $40, $80, $100 and $200. The larger the amount of the cards the cheaper the minutes. With the first four cards you will add 90 days of service time with the card. The twenty dollar card gives you three minutes per dollar and the eighty dollar card gives you 5.8 minutes per dollar. These numbers double with Dmfl installed. The $100 and $200 cards give you a year of service time.

Tracfone Double Minutes for Life Card

Be sure to check out what Tracfone DMFL is before you purchase your Tracfone. Check out this article on Tracfone DMFL. I would never add minutes to a phone without the Doubler Card installed.

Tracfone Service Time and Minutes Roll Over

With Tracfone your minutes and service time will add on to your current balance. For instance if you have 20 minutes and 60 days left on your Tracfone and you add a 120 minute phone card you will end up with 140 minutes and 150 days left. With Double Minutes you would end up with 260 minutes (2+120+120) and 150 days of service.

Verizon Prepaid uses the “Unlimited in network minutes with a daily charge” type of plan and Tracfone uses the Cost per minute plan.

How Verizon Prepaid Works

Verizon Prepaid has several options

Prepaid Basic which offers 25 cent minutes.

99 cents per day which allows you unlimited calling to other Verizon Wireless phones and then you will pay 10 cents a minute on all other calls. Every day that you use your phone you will pay the 99 cent fee. Texts are 10 cents to send and receive.

199 cents per day which allows you unlimited calling to other Verizon Wireless phone users and then you will pay 5 cents a minute on all other calls. You also get Unlimited Nights and Weekend calling with the $1.99 plan. Every day that you use your phone you will pay the $1.99 fee. Texts are 5 cents to send and receive.

399 cents per day which allows you unlimited calling to other Verizon Wireless phones and then you will get Unlimited calling every day. Every day that you use your phone you will pay the $3.99 fee. Texts are 1 cent to send and receive. This is basically their Prepaid Unlimited Plan. $3.99 per day for Unlimited Calling to any phone in the United States.

Text Message Bundles

If you are on any of the Verizon Prepaid Plans you can get the Message Bundle Plans. For $20 per month you get Unlimited Messaging. For $10 per month you get unlimited texting to Verizon Wireless phones and 250 additional messages. If you go over the 250 you will pay 20 cents per message with the Basic plan, 10 cents with the 99 cent plan, 5 cents with the 199 plan, and 1 cent with the 399 Unlimited plan.

How Tracfone Works

Tracfone is a simple Cost Per Minute prepaid cell phone company.

You purchase the Tracfone phone and a Minute card.

Then you activate the phone by calling Tracfone on a land line or by going online.

You will have to type in some numbers into your phone and then it is active. It is really easy.

Next you will add a Tracfone Minute Card.

When adding a minute card if you use a five digit Bonus Code you might get more minutes. Check out the Tracfone Bonus Codes.

Basically you buy Tracfone minutes on a card and add them to your phone. You will get 90 days of service time on most Tracfone cards. You must keep minutes and service time on your phone to use it. The remaining number of minutes and the service end date will usually show on your display. vzprepaidvstrac

Be sure to check out what Tracfone DMFL is before you purchase your Tracfone. Here is a great article on Tracfone DMFL. I would only add minutes to a Tracfone that had DMFL on it.

Tracfone Service Time and Minutes Roll Over

If you add minutes or service time before your phone has completely run out the remaining minutes or service time will roll over.

Get $3 off on any Tracfone or accessory $19.99 or more with coupon code 23444.

Can I text message with a Tracfone?

Yes all currently operating Tracfones allow you to text. Most of the phones charge you . minutes per text. Some of the older Tracfones did not charge you to receive text messages. The Nokia 1100 was one of those.

Tracfone and Net10 LG 200c and Samsung R451c

Verizon Wireless Pay as you go Inpulse Plans

Verizon now calls their Prepaid Wireless Plans Prepaid. Previously they were called Inpulse.
